Drop Off & Pickup

Large & multi boxes will go to the rear of building.

Front door is for smaller pieces only.​

We hold your orders for 30 days the maximum. Abandonment or donation will be acted to any drop-off order with no further instruction, or any finished order with or without payment.

Spoilage Allowance for Customer Provided Blanks

2% of total quantity for standard items with standard decoration.

3% of total quantity for specialty decoration on standard items.

5% of total quantity for non-standard items.

Turnaround Time
​

Logo digitizing or artwork setup: 1-2 business days
-
Embroidery: 7-10 business days
-
DTG/DTF printing: 3-7 business days
-
Screen printing: 10-15 business days​

Quotes for new work will take 1-2 business days to provide.

Turnaround time starts with the proof approval and all the blanks on hand.

Holiday season will have waiting times to be added.
